Luther Terrace is made up of 16 senior living apartments, four of them are studio apartments and the remaining 12 are one bedroom apartments. The studio unit is 440 square feet. The one bedroom units are a little larger with 484 square feet. All accommodations are spacious enough for residents to add their own furnishings.
